Dying beauty I

Dying Beauty I and II were created side by side and explore the moment in which natural objects reveal their beauty through decay. Flowers, leaves and stems are taken out of their environment and shown in a classical manner, isolated against a neutral background. Removed from context, their forms become clear. Every fold, fracture and color shift shows how beauty continues even as the object is fading.

The series focuses on close observation. A dried petal becomes a landscape, a wilted flower becomes a structure shaped by time. These works do not present decay as loss. They show how transformation uncovers details that remain hidden in life. In this stillness, the viewer can see how fragility, impermanence and elegance coexist.

Dying Beauty I and II invite the viewer to look closely at what is usually overlooked and to recognize how beauty persists in every stage of existence.
