Harmony

- Without human interference, everything comes into harmony. -

Takeback and Harmony were created side by side, each observing how nature moves through abandoned human spaces. Takeback focuses on the small details: broken glass, rusted metal, moss pushing through cracks, leaves growing over forgotten surfaces. Harmony looks at the larger structures: empty rooms, collapsed roofs, overgrown corridors and buildings slowly dissolving into their surroundings. Together they show how nature follows a memetic process, repeating patterns of growth, erosion and reclamation across every scale.

These works do not depict destruction as an ending. They show how human structures loosen over time and how nature quietly takes over. In the smallest gesture of a leaf and in the transformation of an entire building, the same rhythm is present. Everything shifts, everything returns, everything finds a new balance. Takeback and Harmony invite the viewer to see how this process unfolds without human interference and how, in that movement, the landscape comes into harmony again.
